Environmental Health Surveys
Our team of Environmental Health Officers conduct full and in-depth inspections, assessing properties in accordance with the Environmental Protection Act 1990.
We are diligent in identifying and reporting any instances of statutory nuisance or hazards, as defined by the HHSRS (Housing Health and Safety Rating System) to make sure the property complies with the Environmental Protection Act 1990, thereby creating a safe and habitable living environment.
Accurate Assessment:
Our Environmental Health Officers (EHOs) undergo extensive training to assess various environmental conditions to enable them to conduct comprehensive, in-depth evaluations and assessments of any potential hazards within the property. They are experienced in identifying the 29 hazards outlined by the HHSRS and in the understanding of the Environmental Protection Act 1990 to ensure compliance with relevant legislation.

Housing Disrepair Surveys offer a range of housing disrepair and property-related surveys conducted by our team of highly experienced, knowledgeable MRICS surveyors. Our comprehensive reports provide clear and concise details supported by photographic evidence, together with our recommendations.
DESKTOP SURVEY
Our surveyor will assess a specific problem and provide their professional opinion with a comprehensive review of the property, highlighting areas they feel are necessary and delivering their relevant feedback.

Remote survey
We offer our clients our remote survey service, working directly with the tenant or homeowner.
